A limited number of rooms have been reserved for TRISEP 2015 participants at the Bricker Residence of Wilfrid Laurier University. The room rate is $43/person/night and includes breakfast.

Check-in Information
Check-in will be held at the Hotel Laurier office in the King Street Residence (200 King Street North, Waterloo). NOTE: This is a different building than the Bricker Residence. The main check-in hours are 2:00pm-11:00pm. If you have an estimated time of arrival later than 11:00pm, we will contact you regarding check-in details.

Accommodation Information
Bricker Residence contains furnished apartments with 4 private bedrooms (with single beds), 2 washrooms, a kitchen (with fridge and stove only) and living room. Kitchen supplies, microwaves and televisions are not provided, but there are a limited number available for rent. Linens and towels are provided. Daily housekeeping is not available. There is no charge for parking in designated lots for guests staying in residence. Parking permits will be provided at check-in. Permits must be displayed at all times. Parking on city streets is strictly limited to 3 hours.

There is a $100.00 fee for keys not returned at the time of check-out. A credit card number is required at check-in.

With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted in any university buildings.

Wi-Fi is available in the residence and on campus. Login information will be provided at check-in.

A hot breakfast is included in accommodation rates and will be served in the dining hall.

For accommodation or date changes, email laurierconferences@wlu.ca or call 519-884-0710, x3958. Until Monday, June 29th, full refunds will be provided, less a $25.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be available after Monday, June 29th.
